We recently visited the new project site on Lake Comanche, Texas.  Perfect spot for a modern lake house! 

Baker Hotel.

I finally stopped by this historic landmark on the way home from today's site meeting... Incredible building in desperate need of a respectful restoration.  Architect Wyatt C. Hedrick designed the building and he based the design on the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
