Design with Intention
Jeff Garnett Architect is a Texas-based architectural practice focused on creating meaningful, design-driven work grounded in place and context. The studio was formed with the primary goal of producing architecture that matters—clean lines, thoughtful details, and creative problem-solving as the foundation. From early concept to construction, every project is approached carefully and uniquely, with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and respect for the site.
Shaped by Place
The practice spans homes, ranch properties, and civic, cultural, and public projects—each informed by land, history, and program. Set within a quiet landscape or a more built environment, the intention remains the same: buildings that feel appropriate to their surroundings rather than imposed on them.
A Studio by Design
The studio maintains an intentionally small footprint, supported by a team who help manage production and coordination so the design can stay thoughtful, adaptable, and aligned with each project’s direction. The structure is closer to a workshop than an office—hands-on, personal, and attentive to detail.
A Clear Direction
Jeff Garnett guides each project directly—leading design, personally developing visuals and architectural renderings, and working with clients and builders from early concept to site visits. He is a licensed architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and registered with NCARB, allowing the practice to pursue work beyond the state as appropriate to the project. His work has been recognized at local and state levels for design excellence, including residential, civic, and public projects, reflecting an emphasis on restraint, clarity, and responsiveness to context. The aim is architecture that feels grounded, purposeful, and quietly confident.
